Winter activities

I got Xcountryskis for Xmas and it has been much fun after a looong break. Yesterday we made a short 7.5 km tour with my personal skiing expert (photo) who gave me bunch of needed techtips.  Condition of the track in the city park was baaad. Recovery smoothie done from salad, spinach, sellery, banana and soya flour - healthy good! While trying to make the best out of the winter I'm still longing for summer, or more precisely dry conditions with less snow, while sipping my healthy good smoothie and Magnus Ugglas sommartid fits perfectly to that.
