Superb weekend!

Two days outside bouldering, some new problems ticked, one indoor session, one of Sweden's best hamburger, good music and best of all good and inspiring company!! I am so motivated and excited!! Some photos (i suck at taking climbing pics, these were the best I got). First one is Campusproblem from Uppsala, easy problem after indoor season with a high top out that makes you giggle afterwards. Second one from Nockeby Stockholm called Arête, that was super nice one, but totally wet on the top and pretty high so we didn't have the boobs to do it. Blaming the conditions as usual. Actually after watching this video it seems that the crux is on top and it is a loong way to the last side pull... oh well, a very nice problem that I definitely want to go back to someday. Lots to do and so little time before it is too hot!!

All good things come to an end some time - have a jolly Monday!

Womack & Womack - Teardrops by Brownsugar18

Medicine

I did a little trial for a detox smoothie after very nice weekend full with festivities. And I think I hit the jackpot this time. The color was almost resistible, and the taste was absolutely disgustingly healthy good. Evil spirits were long gone after drinking this little smuuti baby! Recipe for this masterpiece: fistful of sprouts and salad leaves, half a cucumber and one stick of celery, mix it and drink it and let the prana rush into you!

One of the most disturbing experiences this year has been Radiohead's video of the song "Lotus Flower", creepy and disturbing it was. But in this context it actually isn't that creepy or disturbing anymore. Ah, booy I got a huge crush on Patrick Dempsey when I saw that movie. This song is for you Pat!

Wednesday vibrations

Lots of going on, new album from Radiohead during this week, the new Luvstep is here for download and sounded very very nice for the first round. PJ Harvey has released a new album, that will be this weeks project! Here some, not so new but new to me, groovy vibes from Jensen Sportag.
